Our Story
Centrifyx was born from frustration. As avid Pokemon card collectors and eBay sellers, we found ourselves constantly squinting at listing photos, trying to judge if a card's centring was worth the premium price.
After losing money on several “mint” cards that turned out to have 70/30 centring, we decided there had to be a better way. Why couldn't technology solve this problem?
We combined our expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and a deep understanding of grading standards to create Centrifyx. What started as a personal tool quickly grew as other collectors discovered it and demanded access.
